Let's consider that you want to store your files somewhere i.e. not on your premises or system and that is where the concept of cloud computing works. You are demanding the one of the IT resource i.e. storage service to store your file or  data on some other system/server or we can say on cloud.

Now the question arise will it be free or do i need to pay the price to access that service. Obviously nothing is free in this world right ! 

Cloud computing is based on the concept of pay as you go pricing mechanism.

you don't need to buy anything, just pay for what  and how much you are using.
